Auto Insurance

Central Florida Injury currently takes all auto insurance. The complexities of Florida No-Fault Insurance Law can be confusing. Florida is one of the few states in the U.S. that requires drivers to carry no-fault insurance and the Florida Law requires motorists to carry a minimum of $10,000 of personal injury protection (PIP). Florida no-fault insurance is a form of personal injury protection insurance that covers drivers, passengers and pedestrians regardless of whether or not their negligence or actions played a part in the accident. Since all vehicle owners must carry PIP insurance, it is not necessarily the driver's coverage that is used to cover damages after an accident.

Essentially, the purpose of PIP insurance coverage is to limit the damages an injured party can claim against the person who caused an auto accident. Florida lawmakers designed the car insurance to be purchased this way to help reduce lawsuits between drivers. Because you carry no-fault insurance, you don't have to sue the other party's insurance company to take care of medical bills and other resulting damages. Florida's PIP laws protect people who are injured in auto accidents and ensure that those affected can obtain needed medical attention following an accident without suffering financial hardship.

Whether you are the driver, a passenger, or even a pedestrian or bicyclist and have been injured in an auto accident we can help. We specialize in treating injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents. In the state of Florida, injuries resulting from an auto accident are paid for by the auto insurance company. Letters of Protection

A letter of protection is a letter drafted by your attorney that asks your medical provider to put a hold on collection of your medical bills until a lawsuit is settled.

At Central Florida Injury we believe that all patients who have been injured should promptly seek thorough medical attention and we understand that some patients can’t wait until their case is settled. In order to be accommodating to our patients we accept letters of protection from attorneys. We will work with your attorney and send detailed medical records in a timely fashion.
